Members create their own "project folders" where they place their lighting specs, photos of their camera room setups etc. So that Ron and better help them in their situation.

Then each member posts their recent work for Ron to review and improve. This has worked extremely well, The progression from the start of new members though their advancement over several months is nothing short of miraculous!

Here are just a select view of the Project Folders:

Ron will often edit members images to show how they should have been done. He'll correct the lighting, background, retouching and repost... often with a critique video embedded right into your project folder!  Clicking the play icon will play the critique with voice narration and video animations.

More often, Ron will take your original image and will explain what you did right - and what you did wrong, and more importantly... how to do it right the next time. In addition to a written explanation, he'll often make the pose changes to your image if they are possible, so that you can actually SEE IT!   Then Ron may take it a step further and explain about compositional flow and how to optionally retouch your work to the level of a top portrait artist!
