I have been visiting for awile and am looking forward to joining soon.  I am looking for a couple of ideas for shooting a little ballerina for her recital.  Any ideas?  Thanks for all your help.

They are scattered about in PortraNET - let me see if I can find a few.

All I have time for now, LOTS - LOTS more inside, with pull backs to show lighting, how to build the poses and much more.

It's not any "one" thing, but hundreds of little things that make a great image.

I didn't do leaps - but this was motion - I would prefer it - then say I like that - rotate it this way etc... and I'd have her to it 2-3 times and I'd click it at the peak...  (really there is little to no motion for a instant).

This one too - they can't HOLD THIS to pose it.  So you have them do it 3-4-5 times and click it at the peak.  The peak meaning - where the movement is MAXED and stops for a instant before things start moving again the oposite way.
